my maxis is locked up just reads diagnosis data is initialized and does nothing been like this for 4 hours im pissed

Just performed a system update with the maxis pro now I cant use my scanner to scan when I go into the diagnostic tab it reads diagnosis data is initialized, This process may take several minutes, please keep the network flow. I don't know what to do

My Maxi Sys 908 gave me some grief so I did a factory reset.Total and then reload all you want with the newest updates. Worked for me and never had a problem yet. Hope this helps -

I did that and it worked fine also, just did not want to do that for what ever reason. Can you answer another question for me if you dont mind please. -

How many car lines are available to flash with the autel program I've noticed ford works, And BMW as I've used it on the autel to perform. I've seen you tube videos of people using it to flash General Motor Vehicles. But when I used it on a gm their was no option for flashing the vehicle at all. I do have a active license for SPS for AC Delco tds but it would save money if that option was available to use.
